About Dictionaries

Dictionaries refer to a list of words stored in the system for reference. Agents use dictionaries to check spelling in outgoing emails.

The application does not have dictionaries for the following languages: Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Czech, Greek, Japanese, Korean, and Turkish.

Each department comes with predefined dictionaries and one of them is configured as the default dictionary. A department can have only one default dictionary and it can be changed according to the business requirements.

The dictionaries available in the system are:

  • Dutch Dictionary

  • English (UK) Dictionary

  • English (US) Dictionary

  • Finnish Dictionary

  • French Dictionary

  • German Dictionary

  • Italian Dictionary

  • Norwegian (Bokmaal) Dictionary

  • Portuguese Dictionary

  • Spanish Dictionary

  • Swedish Dictionary
