Deleting Queues
You can only delete queues for which you have delete permissions. You cannot delete queues that have open activities, queues that are being used in workflows or chat entry points, or the queues that are associated with activity subtypes. Also, the default queues provided with the system cannot be deleted.
To delete a queue:

From the Partition and Departments dropdown menu, select a department.

From the Navigation menu, browse to Business Rules > Queues.

On the List page, hover your mouse over the queue you want to delete and click the Delete button.

A message appears asking to confirm the deletion. Click Yes to delete the queue.
The Delete button is enabled only if you have permission to delete a queue.
