Complete Activities
This utility is used to complete activities that are in an error state and cannot be completed from the Advisor Desktop. Using this utility ensures the graceful completion of an activity. If the activity that you complete using this utility is the last open activity in the case, then the case associated with the activity is also going be closed.
To use this utility:

On the Utilities page, locate Complete Activities.

In the Actions column, click the Options
button and select Run. -
On the Complete Activities page, enter a value in the Activity IDs field and select one of the following options:

Show Details: This button shows the updated status for activities and associated cases.

Complete: This button completes the activities that are stuck in the Advisor Desktop.

Reset: This button resets the values entered in the Activity IDs field.
