Inserting Macros in Prompt Instructions
Macros are shortcuts that allow users to single-source frequently performed actions. Various types of macros can be utilized for providing instructions. These macros can be set up in the Administration Console and the Knowledge Console. Article macros are created in the Knowledge Console, while the remaining macros are configured in the Administration Console. The Macros option is only available in the instructions for the prompts created for Advisor Desktop.
To insert macros in the instruction field:

On the Prompt Template page, from the General tab, navigate to Instruction.

Click the Insert Macro
button.
You can add a maximum of 10 macros for a single prompt.

In the Select Macro window, choose the Macro type from the available options.

Once you have selected the Macro type, the available options for that macro are displayed. Select the ones that you want to add.

Click the Done button to close the window.
