Creating Prompt Templates
You can create custom prompt templates that meet your business requirements. Users require either the AI Administrator role or the Prompt Author role to create custom prompts in the AI Console. After creating prompts, they need to be activated to be used in the Knowledge Console or the Advisor Desktop. Users can determine whether the prompt is active or inactive by viewing the Status column on the Prompt Template page. You can also change the language for creating prompts from the Prompt Template page.
