Editing Call Types
To edit the details of an agent desktop:

In Resource Manager, go to the folder containing the call type you want to edit, and view the call types in that folder using the Items panel list view.

In the Items panel, click on the call type you want to edit. The details of this call type are displayed in the Details panel.

In the Details panel, click on the appropriate tab and make the desired changes.

Click Save.
