Saving Reports

To save a report:
  1. In the Report Name field, enter a name for your report to be saved under. This name should reflect the purpose of the report, for example Agent Log On Times.

  2. You may optionally use the Sub-title field to add clarification to the report name, for example Log on times and calls handled.

  3. You may optionally adjust the Refresh Rate in seconds for real-time reports.

  4. Either enter the path of the folder where you want to save the new report, or click Browse and select from the drop-down folder tree.

  5. Click Save to save the new report to the system. You can begin using it immediately.
