Lists

To configure a list for articles:
  1. In the Navigation Menu, browse to Publishing > Portals.

  2. On the Portals page, select the portal for which you want to set up lists.

  3. On the Edit Portal page, go to the Access Methods tab,

  4. Navigate to the Lists section and click the New  button.

  5. In the Add window, set the following:

    • Lists: From the dropdown, select a list. This is required information.

    • Title: Type a title for the list. This is required information. 

    • Maximum articles: Type the number of articles you want to show in the list. This is required information. The default value is 5.

  6. After specifying values in all three fields, click the Done button to close the window.

  7. Click the Save button.
