Deleting Article Templates

You can delete article templates only if the Delete Article Template action is assigned to you. When you delete an article template, it does not affect the articles that are using the template.

To delete an article template:

1. In the Navigation Menu, browse to Management > Article Types.

2. On the Article Types & Templates page, navigate to the article type that contains the article template and click the Expand button.

3. Go to the article template that you want to delete and from the Actions column, click the Options  button.

4. From the dropdown menu, select the Delete option.

5. A message appears asking to confirm the deletion. Click Yes to delete the article template.
