Associating Classifications
Articles are classified, based on some common parameters, to enable efficient organization of articles. When an article is used in a response, the classifications associated with that article are used to categorize the activity.
Classifications also help while conducting searches for articles.
To classify an article:
- 
      In the Navigation menu, browse to Authoring > Articles. 
- 
      From the Folders List, select a folder. 
- 
      From the Articles List, select the article to which you want to associate classifications. 
- 
      Click the Edit button to checkout the article. 
- 
      In the Properties pane, click the Settings  button. button.
- 
      From the dropdown list, click the Toggle  button next to Classifications to enable it. button next to Classifications to enable it.
- 
      The Classification section is now visible in the Properties pane. Click the Edit  button. button.
- 
      From the Classifications window, select the resolution codes and categories you want to assign to the article. Whenever this article is used in a response, the activity inherits the classification of the article.  
- Click Done.
