Deleting Stages

The following stages cannot be deleted:

1. Out-of-the-box article workflow stages - Draft and Published. 

2. Out-of-the-box suggestion workflow stages - New, Review and Close.

3. Stages that are in use in workflows.

To delete a stage:

1. In the Navigation Menu, browse to Management > Workflows.

2. On the Workflows page, click the Manage Stages button.

3. In the Manage Stages window, hover your mouse over the stage you want to delete and click the Delete  button.

4. A message appears asking to confirm the deletion. Select Yes to delete the stage.
