Data Adapters

Installations that include the data adapters, usage links, and link groups can be configured in the system and provided on the self-service portal for customers and agents. For more information on Data Adapters, see the eGain Administrator's Guide to Administration Console.

To configure the data adapters section:
  1. In the Navigation Menu, browse to Publishing > Portals.

  2. On the Portals page, select the portal for which you want to configure data adapters.

  3. On the Edit Portal page, go to the More Options tab.

  4. Navigate to the Data Adapters section and set the following:

    • Usage Link or Link Group: Click the Add  button. From the list, select a usage link or link group.

  5. Click the Save button.
