Configuring the Display of Results

After you have created the usage link group, you can configure how the results should appear in the Advisor Desktop.

To configure the display of results:
  1. From the Navigation menu, browse to Data Adapters > Link Groups.

  2. On the List page, select a usage link group.

  3. In the Properties pane, on the Formatting tab, provide the following details.

    1. Number of rows: Specify the number of rows you want in the results page when you run the link.

    2. Number of columns: Specify the number of columns you want in the results page when you run the link.

    3. Orientation: From the dropdown list, select the orientation. The options available are:

      1. Fill rows and then fill columns

      2. Fill columns and then fill rows

    4. Header: Specify a header for the results.

    5. Footer: Specify a footer for the results.

  4. Click the Save button.
