Accessing Utilities

To access utilities:

1. Log in to the Administration Console as the Partition Administrator.

2. From the Partition and Departments dropdown menu, go to the partition space.

3. In the Navigation Menu, browse to Tools > Utilities. The Utilities page appears.

4. From the Utilities dropdown, select one of the following types of utilities:

   1. Admin Utilities

   2. Modify Various Properties

5. There are one of two types of options in the Actions column that can be used to operate the utility:

   1. Go: Further action is required before the utility can be activated. Specific settings load on the next page for you to adjust before running the utility.

   2. Run: No further action is required on the part of the user and can be run immediately.
