About Restricting Console Access

Application Console and Customer Console access can be controlled via IP address. By denying access to Application Consoles, you prevent any users from being able to access parts of the application (Advisor Desktop, Analytics, Knowledge Console, etc.) who match any IP addresses in the IP address range designated. Likewise, access to Customer Consoles like the Customer Chat Console, can be allowed or denied to users who have IP addresses in the IP address range designated.
