About New Activity Shortcuts

Agents often create new activities. You can significantly increase their productivity by defining shortcuts for creating various kinds of new activities.

The predefined shortcuts are:

  • Call with customer association

  • Call without CTI Integration

  • Call without customer association

  • Outbound email for current case

  • Outbound email for new case

  • Outbound email with no case

  • Outbound social

You can delete the predefined shortcuts if you do not plan to use them.
