Deleting Entry Points

Before deleting the entry point, all the chat links related to the entry point should be removed from the website that may be accessible.

The default entry point and active entry points cannot be deleted.

To delete an entry point:

1. From the Navigation menu, browse to Apps > Chat & Messaging > Entry Points

2. On the List page, hover your mouse over the entry point and click the Delete  button.

3. A message appears asking to confirm the deletion. Click Yes to delete the alias.

If you attempt to delete inactive and active entry points together, the inactive entry points get deleted, and a message appears telling that the active entry points cannot be deleted.
