Approving Suggested Words
While using the spell-checker users can suggest words that can be added to the dictionary. As an administrator, you can review the list of suggested words and can add these words to the dictionary. If the same word is added to the blocked and approved list, then the word is considered as a blocked word.
To approve suggested words:

From the Partition and Departments dropdown menu, go to the department

In the Navigation menu, browse to Language Tools > Dictionaries.

On the List page, select a dictionary.

On the Properties page, on the Suggested tab, view the list of suggested words.

To approve a word, select the word, and click the Approve button. To reject a suggested word, select the word and click the Reject button.

Click the Save button.
