Configuring Delivery Exceptions
To configure a delivery exception:

From the Navigation menu, browse to Apps > Email > Delivery Exceptions.

On the List page toolbar, click the New button.
You can create a maximum of 1000 delivery exceptions in a department.

On the Properties page, on the General tab, and provide the following details.

Name: Type a name for the delivery exception.

Type: Select the type from the dropdown list. The options available are:

Address
-
Subject
-
-
Phrase: Type the phrase you want the system to check for.

Failure: Select the type of failure from the dropdown list. The options available are

Permanent
-
Temporary
-
-
Description: Provide a brief description.

Click the Save button.
