Configuring Delivery Exceptions

To configure a delivery exception:
  1. From the Navigation menu, browse to Apps > Email > Delivery Exceptions.

  2. On the List page toolbar, click the New New Button button.

    You can create a maximum of 1000 delivery exceptions in a department.

  3. On the Properties page, on the General tab, and provide the following details.

    1. Name: Type a name for the delivery exception.

    2. Type: Select the type from the dropdown list. The options available are:

      1. Address

      2. Subject

    3. Phrase: Type the phrase you want the system to check for.

    4. Failure: Select the type of failure from the dropdown list. The options available are

      1. Permanent

      2. Temporary

    5. Description: Provide a brief description.

  4. Click the Save button.
