Deleting Delivery Exceptions

If you delete a system-provided delivery exception phrase, it gets deleted from all the departments in the system.

To delete a delivery exception:
  1. From the Navigation menu, browse to Apps > Email > Delivery Exceptions.

  2. In the List pane, hover your mouse over the exception and click the Delete Delete button button.

  3. A message appears asking to confirm the deletion. Click Yes to delete the delivery exception.
