Deleting Users

Users which are not being used can be deleted. However, if a user has any open activities or cases, or suggestions in feedback state, then such a user cannot be deleted. The cases and activities must be reassigned before deleting the user.

To delete a user:
  1. Based on where the user is, do one of the following:

    • If you are in the business partition, from the Partition and Departments dropdown menu, go to the partition.

    • If you are in a department, from the Partition and Departments dropdown menu, go to the department.

  2. From the Navigation menu, browse to the Users node.

  3. On the List page, select the user you want to delete.

  4. On the List page toolbar, click the Delete button.

  5. A message appears asking to confirm the deletion. If the user has created any supervision monitors, a message is displayed to inform that all the monitors created by the user will be deleted. Click Yes to delete the user.
