Changing User Status
The user status feature allows you to enable or disable users in the system. It also helps you know which users are logged in to the application. A user can have one of the following statuses:

Enabled: This status indicates that the user is enabled and can log in to the application.

Disabled: This status indicates that the user is disabled. A disabled user cannot login to the application.
To change the status of a user:

Based on where the user is, do one of the following:

If you are in the business partition, from the Partition and Departments dropdown menu, go to the partition.

If you are in a department, from the Partition and Departments dropdown menu, go to the department.

From the Navigation menu, browse to the Users node.

On the List page, select the user whose status you want to change.

On the Properties page, go to the General tab.

Go to the User Configuration section, and in the User status field, from the dropdown menu, select the Enabled option to enable the user, or select the Disabled option to disable the user.

Click the Save button.
