Deleting Workflows

You cannot delete out-of-the-box workflows. Before deleting a workflow, ensure that it is not in use. 

To delete a workflow:
  1. From the Partition and Departments dropdown menu, select a department.

  2. From the Navigation menu, browse to Business Rules > Workflow > Workflow Type.

  3. On the List page, under the Actions column, click the Options Options button button. Select Delete from the menu.

  4. A message appears asking to confirm the deletion. Click Yes to delete the workflow.
