About Internal Chat

Internal Chat is a collaboration resource in the Advisor Desktop to allow users to instantly communicate with other members of their team to better handle issues and answer questions. Your internal chat contact list consists of the other users in your department. The availability of each user is indicated by the colored circle by their profile image. You can initiate a single chat with one user, or you can initiate a group chat with multiple users at the same time. Messages from previous conversations are stored and can be displayed at a later time.
