Running Reports in My Analytics

To run a report:

1. In the Desktop toolbar, open the User Options menu.

2. Click the My Analytics option. The My Analytics window opens.

   My Analytics option is visible only if the View Analytics action is assigned to you.

   

3. Select the type of report to run:

   • Agent Login Summary

   • Agent Work Summary

   • Agent Efficiency

   • Agent Responsiveness

   • Agent Activity Assignment

4. Specify the time frame of the report. It can be:

   • One day

   • One week

   • One month

5. Provide a Start Date with the calendar.

6. Click Run.
