Creating Classifiers

While configuring a Virtual Assistant, a classifier is associated with the Virtual Assistant. The Classification Training Utility is accessed through this classifier and it helps train the Virtual Assistant to correctly match customer's questions to specific intents.

To create a new classifier:

1. From the Navigation menu, browse to Bots > Classifiers.

2. On the Classifiers page, click the New  button.

3. On the Create Classifier page, provide the following details:

   1. Classifier Name: Provide a name for the Classifier.

   2. Description: Provide a suitable description for the Classifier.

   3. Language: From the dropdown menu, select a language.

   4. Classifier Type: From the dropdown menu, select a type. The options available are Small Talk and Business.

4. Click the Save button.
