Creating a Confirmation Question for Medium Confidence Intent
Confirmation questions are used to gather more information from a customer if the Virtual Assistant is unsure of the customer’s intent. By presenting the customer with a Yes/ No option for a particular option, the Virtual Assistant can either direct the customer to that solution if Yes is selected, or remove it from the list of possible choices in the event of a No answer.
To create the confirmation question:

On the Case Base page, navigate to the desired cluster in the case base. For the savings account page push example, select the Medium Q001:[ML]Label, as you want to confirm that the customer wants to create a savings account.

In the Root Cluster pane, select the Questions tab.

Click the New
button. -
In the Create Question pane, on the General tab, provide the following details:

Text of Question: Are you looking to open a new savings account?

Type: List
-
Format: Radio button
-
Answers: Yes, No

Click the Save button.
