About Page Push
Page push articles are a type of article that sends the customer directly to a specified web page or knowledge article. There are two types of page push articles: solution articles and action articles. Both page push article types are created in the Knowledge Console.
- Page push solution articles contain the message content that the customer sees upon receiving the pushed page. They do not contain the knowledge content itself.
- Page push action articles contain the actual URL of the page being pushed and define how the page is presented to the customer once it is pushed. The page push action article’s role is to perform the act of pushing the message content contained in the page push solution article.
When a customer receives pushed content, it automatically opens for them.
Once created, articles need to be published before they can be used in the case base. Articles that have been published are denoted by a blue check mark.
