Creating a Continue Question for Automatically Launching Page Push Cluster

If you want to direct the customer toward page push content, you can create a question that automatically routes the customer into the page push cluster when the customer answers Yes.

To create the question:

  1. In the Navigation Menu, browse to Authoring > Case Bases.

  2. On the Case Base page, select Case_Base_Name > Root Cluster.

  3. In the Root Cluster pane, select the Questions tab.

  4. Click the New button_new button.

  5. In the Create Question pane, on the General tab, provide the following details:

    • Text of question: Continue

    • Type: List

    • Format: Radio button

    • Answers: Continue

  6. Click the Save button.
