Launching Page Push Cluster

Once you have configured the page push cluster, you need to connect it to the other clusters. This enables it to be launched when customers ask or answer appropriate questions. 

For example, you can configure the page push cluster to launch when a customer asks about opening a savings account and then receives a pushed page that gives them this information. You can use the page push clarifying question created earlier and the page push cluster to demonstrate how to connect these items to answers in the Process Cluster. 

Example: Connecting Page Push Clarifying Question and the Page Push Cluster

There are three places where you need to configure these items in the case base:

  1. In the What can I help you with today? question (gets triggered for Low Intent Confidence)

  2. In the High Q001 [ML]Label node

  3. In the Medium Q001 [ML]Label node

Adding the Page Push Cluster

To add the page push cluster:

  1. In the Navigation Menu, browse to Authoring > Case Bases.

  2. On the Case Base page, select Case_Base_Name > Root Cluster.

  3. In the Root Cluster pane, select the Clusters tab.

  4. Click and hold the Page push cluster. 

  5. For the Process cluster:

    1. In the case base tree, for the What can I help you with today? question, drag and drop the Page push cluster on the Open a savings account answer.

    2. In the case base pane, select the Control Action that is created as a result of adding the cluster and navigate to the Questions - Match tab. Click the New button_new button and modify the following properties: 

      1. Question: Select the Continue question

      2. Answer Source: This question

  6. For the Intent cluster:

    1. In the case base tree, drag and drop the Page push cluster and drop the Open a savings account answer of the [ML]Label question contained under the High Q001 [ML]Label node.

    2. In the case base pane, select the Control Action that is created as a result of adding the cluster and navigate to the Questions - Match tab. Click the New button_new button and modify the following properties: 

      1. Question: Select the Continue question

      2. Answer Source: This question

    3. In the case base tree, go to the Medium Q001 [ML]Label node and drop the Are you looking to open a new savings account? question on the Open a savings account answer of the [ML]Label question.

    4. Drop the Page Push cluster on the Yes answer of the [ML]Label question. 

    5. In the case base pane, select the Control Action that is created as a result of adding the cluster and navigate to the Questions - Match tab. Click the New button_new button and modify the following properties: 

      1. Question: Select the Continue question

      2. Answer Source: This question

    6. Finally, drop the CA1: Activate Root control action on the No answer.
