Creating a Cluster for Page Push

When creating page push articles, it is recommended to create a separate cluster that contains your page push solution articles. Creating a cluster specifically for page push articles organizes your case base more efficiently.

To create a cluster for page push:

  1. In the Navigation Menu, browse to Authoring > Case Bases.

  2. On the Case Base page, select Case_Base_Name > Root Cluster.

  3. In the Root Cluster pane, select the Clusters tab.

  4. Click the New button_new button.

  5. In the Create Cluster pane, on the General tab, provide the following details:

    • Name: Page push for slide-out

  6. Click the Save button.
