About Prompt Templates

Prompt templates are a set of predefined instructions that are used to elicit a specific response from an AI model. These prompts can be used for various purposes such as content generation, auto-generating email responses, generating summaries, etc. These prompt templates can be used in the Knowledge Console and the Advisor Desktop. 

The system includes a pre-defined library of prompt templates. Users can also create custom prompts to suit individual business needs.

Prompt Templates Library

The application comes with the following system prompt templates:

  1. Auto-Classify: Use this template to generate classifications based on the chat transcript. 

  2. Change Tone: Use this template to change the tone of the content.

  3. Convert Table to Text: Use this template to convert a selected table in the article content to text.

  4. Convert Text to Table: Use this template to convert selected text in the article content to a table.

  5. Email Auto-classify: Use this template to generate classifications based on the email transcript.

  6. Generate Email: Use this template to generate a reply based on the text in the current email activity thread. 

  7. Generate Keywords: Use this template to generate a comprehensive keyword list and insert it into Metadata. 

  8. Generate Meta Description: Use this template to generate descriptions of your article and insert them into Metadata.

  9. Generate Summary: Use this template to summarize your article and insert it into Metadata.

  10. Generate Title: Use this template to generate a title for your article content.

  11. Improve Article: Use this template to enhance the readability of your current article. 

  12. Summarize Chat: Use this template to generate a chat summary along with the customer problem and outstanding agent's tasks. 

  13. Summarize Email: Use this template to generate an email summary along with the customer problem and outstanding agent's tasks. 

  14. Write an Article: Use this template to craft a structured and well-informed article based on the article title and key points.
