Deleting Agent Desktops
An agent desktop cannot be deleted if it is being referenced by an agent record or if it is the default desktop.
To delete one or more agent Desktops:

In Resource Manager, go to the folder containing the agent desktops you want to delete, and view the agent desktops in that folder using the Items panel list view.

In the Items panel, check the box or boxes of the agent desktops to be deleted.

Click Delete.

In the Delete Folder dialog box, click OK. The agent desktops will be deleted.
