About Code Groups
Each code group represents a Value Set. These are primarily used by the Script Variable Manager (part of Service Manager), where the possible value set for a Unified CCE Script Variable is encapsulated in a code group, with each value in the set allocated a name.
A code group could be used to store a single value for a variable to be used in a Unified CCE Script, e.g. a threshold value, above which Unified CCE might route calls differently, or a set of values, e.g. a set of Dialed Numbers to which Unified CCE might route calls in equal numbers.
You can use Resource Manager to create, edit, and delete individual code groups, and to define the codes to which they relate.
