Creating Code Groups

Bulk Creation of Code Groups is not supported.

To create a code group:
  1. In Resource Manager, in the Folder Tree panel, select the folder where you want to create the code group.

  2. In the Folder Tree panel, click System, and then click Code Group.

  3. Enter a name and description for the code group. Names can be up to 100 characters long, and must consist of letters, numbers, underscores and periods only.

  4. Complete the remaining fields as described in the Code Group Fields section.

  5. Click Save.

Note: When selecting a Type, you will be warned that changing the Type will remove any Code values already assigned to the Code Group

Name

The name by which the Code is known

100 characters. When you have entered a name and a value, click + to add the pair. Repeat to add more name/value pairs. Each code name must be unique within a code group.

The name of the script variable in Unified CCE

Note: This must be unique across all organizations within Unified CCE.

Same as ‘Name’ field but with underscores replacing spaces.
