Viewing Equipment Mapping

To view the equipment mapping set up for an organization:

1. In Resource Manager, in the Folder Tree panel, select the folder containing the organization with the equipment mapping you want to view. The Items panel displays a list of the resources contained in the folder.

2. Select Folder (at this level, organizations are just another type of folder). The Items panel changes to a list view showing each of the folders and organizations at this location.

3. Click the organization you want to view. The organization details are displayed in the Details panel.

4. Click the Equipment tab. Any existing equipment mappings associated with the selected organization is displayed.

The equipment mappings are read-only in the eGain Analytics Web Application.
