About the Precision Queue Auto Sync Onboarding Gadget
This gadget is only available if the optional eGain Analytics Service Management component has been purchased and installed.
The Precision Queue Auto Sync Onboarding gadget enables you to onboard agents: that is, to associate a precision queue's auto-attribute with specified agents who service that queue. eGain Analytics Service Management automatically updates the values to reflect the ongoing performance of the agents.
There are two options for onboarding agents. You can choose to onboard some or all of the agents associated with a precision queue automatically, and let the gadget determine which agents to onboard and their default proficiency value. Alternatively, you can choose to specify a list of agents and the initial values for the auto-attribute by uploading a CSV file.
If you want to have more control over how the gadget runs, you can set properties within the gadget.
Quick Start

Select the precision queue containing the auto-attribute you want to onboard your agents.

You can let the gadget determine which agents to onboard by selecting Automatic, or upload a CSV file containing a list of specific agents and the initial values to set for the auto-attribute.

Click Start to begin the onboarding process, and results will be displayed on screen.
Configuring Properties
Open properties by clicking the 
icon in the top right hand corner where you can set the following options:
