Printing Articles

You can print articles directly from the console. Users can print articles from the text editor toolbar or the Articles list. Multiple articles can be printed at the same time from the articles list. 

To print articles from the text editor:

1. In the Navigation menu, browse to Authoring > Articles > Folders.

2. From the Folders List, select a folder.

3. From the Articles List, select an article.

4. From the Content pane, click the Edit button to check out the article.

5. From the text editor toolbar, click the Print  button.

6. In the Print window, select a printer, set print properties, and click Print.

To print articles from the articles list:

1. In the Navigation Menu, browse to Authoring > Articles.

2. From the Folders List, select a folder.

3. From the Articles List, click the Toggle View  button to expand the view of the articles list.

4. Click the checkbox next to the article to select it. You can select multiple articles to print.

5. Now, click the Print Preview  button.

6. From the Print Preview window, click the Print button.

7. In the Print window, select a printer, set print properties, and click Print.
