About Answer Sets

Answer sets are created for frequently used answers in a case base. While designing your case base, you may come across sets of answers that are common to a number of questions in your case base. For example, let us take a simple answer set “Yes” and “No." It can be a common answer set for many questions in a diagnostic case base. So, instead of creating the answers in each question repeatedly, you can create a common answer set and use it in multiple questions.

Answer sets can be used only for list and text type of questions.
