Removing Stages from a Workflow

To remove a stage from the workflow:

1. Select the workflow you want to edit.

2. Click the Stages tab.

3. Select the row of the stage you want to delete from the list and click the Delete  button.

4. Click the Save button. At this point you will be prompted to match the stages being deleted to the available stages. This ensures that articles from the stages being removed are automatically sent to the available stages in the workflow.
