Preparing Content for Offers
The content and services that are presented to visitors as offers on web pages should be planned and prepared before you begin creating an offer.

For chat offers: Configure the queues and entry points from the Administration Console and get the links for the entry point. Plan which offers should map to which departments and create queues and entry points accordingly. It is best to create dedicated queues and entry points for chats that are routed from Offers.

For phone offers: Configure click-to-call from the Administration Console and get the links for it. Plan which offers should map to which departments and configure click-to-call accordingly.

For Chatbot offers: Get the Chatbot link from your Chatbot administrator.

For self-service offers like FAQs and KB articles: Create KB articles and configure the portal.

For marketing and sales promotions offers: Get the links to the marketing and sales promotions materials.
