Deleting Service Levels

Before deleting a service level, make sure that it is not used in any workflow.

To delete a service level:
  1. From the Partition and Departments dropdown menu, select a department.

  2. From the Navigation menu, browse to Business Rules > Queues.

  3. On the List page, hover your mouse over the service level and click the Delete  button.

  4. A message appears asking to confirm the deletion. Click Yes to delete the service level.
