Disabling Pop-up Blockers

The eGain Analytics web application may be affected by browser or third-party pop-up blocking utilities. If there is difficulty viewing the web application, pop-up blocking may need to be disabled, or pop-ups for eGain Analytics need to be allowed.

To enable pop-ups for eGain Analytics:

• Use eGain Analytics normally until a message displays at the top of the browser window telling you a pop-up has been blocked. Click this and choose to permanently allow pop-ups from eGain Analytics, while remaining protected against pop-ups from other sites.
