The Home Page
Upon logging in, the personalized home page displays. The home page is the launch pad for accessing the rest of the system.

If logged in as a standard mode user, the home page consists of a list of personal reports and standard reports (grouped by folder). If reports are not available to the role, then the Agent Team Management tool is displayed instead.

If logged in as an advanced mode user, the home page consists of the default dashboard, or a blank canvas with a welcome message if a default dashboard has not been selected.
The Menu Bar
The menu bar across the top of the screen provides access to further functions, which may vary depending upon the system functions being used and the permissions granted to the user account. This includes:

Tools Menu: Appears on the left of the menu bar, signified by the "Hamburger" icon. Open this menu to select a tool to use (for example, Reports). The tools displayed depend on whether the user is a Standard Mode user or an Advanced Mode user, and the permissions they have.

Gadgets Menu (advanced mode users only): Click the drop-down arrow to see the gadgets functions. For more information see About Dashboards. While on the gadgets page, with have an app open, the app name is shown on the menu bar.

User Menu: This shows the name of the logged in user. Click the user name to:

Access help. For more details, see Using Online Help.

Edit settings. For more details, see User Settings and System Settings.

Access Analytics version and license information. For more details, see About Page.

Log out. For more details, see Logging Out.

Other options may have been provided by the system administrator.
Tools
Upon opening the Tools Menu , the tools that are available to you are organized under headings. Each heading is collapsed by default – click on it to expand it and then click on a tool to open that tool. The Tools menu closes by default when you have selected an option.
Click the Pin icon at the top of the menu to lock it into an open position.
The following tools may be available to you depending on your permissions and whether you are a Standard Mode user or an Advanced Mode user.
Reporting

Reports: View and manage reports by folder. This is for Advanced Mode only, but Standard Mode users can view and manage reports via their Home Page.

Build a Report: Build your own reports. This is for Advanced Mode only.

Parameter Set: Navigate to create and manage parameter sets by folder. These are lists of resources (for example, agents) to include in reports. This is for Advanced Mode only.
Provisioning

Resource Manager: Organize resources into folders. In the case of Cisco resources, users can also perform other provisioning and management tasks. This is for Advanced Mode only.

Agent Reskilling: View and manage skill groups in Cisco.

Agent Team Manager: View and manage your agent teams in Cisco.

Campaigns: View and manage campaigns in Cisco.

Activity Monitor: View the current status of the Cisco provisioning queue and view basic audit reporting for provisioned resources. This is for Advanced Mode only.
Security

Users: Manage Analytics users by folder. This is for Advanced Mode only.

Groups: Manage Analytics groups by folder. This is for Advanced Mode only.

Security: Manage Analytics users and groups by folder and control the folders they are allowed to access. This is for Advanced Mode only.
Other

Information Notices: Create and manage information notices by folder. These are notification messages that appear to Analytics users. This is for Advanced Mode only.
If you think you should have access to some of these tools but cannot see them, contact your administrator.
Returning to the Home Page
To return to your home page from any other page:

Perform one of the following:

Click the Analytics logo in the menu bar.

Click the drop-down arrow beside your user name on the menu bar to open your user menu, then click Home.
