Content URLs (eGain Web Pages)

About Content URLs

A content URL represents a single web page on an organization’s website, for example, http://www.company.com/products/account.htm. This content URL may have one or more offers assigned to it.

Content URLs are imported into eGain Analytics from eGain servers in your installation. For more information about eGain content URLs, see the Web Page section in the eGain Administrator's Guide to Offers Console.

Working with Content URLs

In this release of eGain Analytics, content URLs imported from eGain are read-only. eGain Analytics supports the following actions for content URLs imported from eGain:

• using content URLs in reports (see About Reports)

• using the classic Resource Manager to view content URL details and history (see About Resource Manager)

• displaying content URL details in the Resource Manager gadget grid, provided Show All is selected (see Resource Manager Gadget)

• moving content URLs to a different location in the eGain Analytics folder structure, using either the classic Resource Manager (see Moving Resources) or the Resource Manager gadget.
