Deleting Case Bases

Things to note before you delete a case base:

  1. You can delete a case base only if you are the owner of the case base.
  2. The owner of the Root Cluster is the owner of the case base.
  3. When you delete a case base, any live and QA releases associated with the case base get orphaned.
To delete a case base:
  1. In the Navigation Menu, browse to Authoring > Case Bases.

  2. On the Case Base page, navigate to the case base you want to delete.

  3. From the Actions column, click the Options button_options button.

  4. Select the Delete option. A message appears asking to confirm the deletion.

  5. Select Yes to delete the case base.
