Deleting Case Bases

Things to note before you delete a case base:

  1. The owner of the Root Cluster is considered the owner of the case base.

  2. Only the case base creator can delete the case base.

  3. Before deleting a case base, ensure that the case base creator is assigned as the case base owner and writer. If the current case base owner or writer is different, assign these roles to the case base creator before proceeding with the deletion.

  4. When you delete a case base, any live and QA releases associated with the case base get orphaned.
