Knowledge Intelligence Analytics
The Analytics tab gives you a summary of Knowledge Intelligence activity across your knowledge base. Use it to track how much of your content has been analyzed, how many issues are open and resolved, which insights produce the most issues, and which jobs ran recently. The date and time of the last data refresh appear at the top of the tab (for example, Last updated: October 9, 2026, 3:49 PM).
Summary Metrics
Four metric cards appear at the top of the tab:
-
Article Coverage: The percentage of articles in the knowledge base that at least one job has analyzed, with the article count (for example, 447 of 496 articles).
-
Open Issues: The total number of unresolved findings, and the number of articles they span.
-
Issues Resolved: The number of findings fixed since Knowledge Intelligence started.
-
Completed Jobs: The number of job runs completed since Knowledge Intelligence started.
Top 5 Insights by Issue Count
This bar chart shows the five insights with the highest number of issues, such as Duplicates & Conflicts, Regulatory Compliance Check, or Outdated Content. Select an insight to see its issues.
When one insight has far more issues than the others, the chart shortens its bar and skips part of the axis so that the other bars stay readable. A note below the chart shows which range is skipped.
Recent Activity
The Recent Activity panel lists the latest job runs across all scopes. Each entry shows the job name, the run date, the number of findings, and the job type. A status icon indicates whether the run completed or needs attention.
-
Select a run to open its run report. For more information, see Viewing a Run Report.
-
Select View all to open the full run history on the Jobs tab.
Try a New Check
This panel lists insights that you have not run yet, to help you expand your coverage. Each entry shows the insight name, a short description, and the job type that uses it. Select an insight to include it in a new job.
