Reviewing Knowledge Insights Findings
When you select a Knowledge Insights result from the Dashboard , a findings table opens showing all articles flagged by that insight.

Findings Table
The findings table includes:
-
Article ID — the unique identifier for the article.
-
Article — the article title, which is a link that opens the article.
-
Suggestion — a summary of the AI-generated finding for that article.
-
Actions — a Mark as Resolved link for each row.
Use the filter tabs at the top of the table to view All findings, Action Needed, or Resolved items. Use the search field to find articles by name.
Viewing an Article and Its Finding
Select an article title to open a split view. The article content appears in the center panel, and the article list remains on the left. The Properties panel opens on the right.

AI Insights Panel
The AI Insights section in the Properties panel shows:
-
Issue count — a donut indicator showing the number of issues found for this article by this insight.
-
Last updated timestamp.
-
The insight name and a Fix button (if a fix prompt is configured for the insight).
-
Change Impact Assessment — an AI-generated evaluation of whether and how the article is affected by the relevant change or check.
-
Impact Status — indicates whether the article is Impacted or Not Impacted.
-
Confidence Score — a numeric score indicating how confident the AI is in its assessment.
-
Impacted Passages — the specific sections of the article identified as needing attention.
-
Recommended Next Step — the AI’s suggested course of action for resolving the finding.
Using the Fix Option
If a fix prompt is configured for the insight, a Fix button appears in the AI Insights panel. Selecting Fix opens a dialog that displays the relevant passage identified by the AI and provides a text area for generating a suggested revision. Select Generate to produce AI-suggested content for the identified issue.
Marking a Finding as Resolved
Once you have reviewed a finding and taken the necessary action (editing the article, dismissing the issue, or generating a fix), you can mark it as resolved. Select Mark as resolved from the findings table. Resolved findings are removed from the Action Needed count and move to the Resolved filter view.
