Global Search

Users can search the console for the objects from the Global Search button in the Console Toolbar. The search results are displayed based on the values typed in.

To perform a quick search:

  1.  From the Console Toolbar, click the Global Search  button.

  2. In the search bar, click the Object dropdown button.

    You can also use the shortcut key Ctrl+K to directly open the search bar.

  3. Select the object that you want to locate. You can choose from one of the following options:

    1. Article ID

    2. Article

    3. Question

    4. Case 

    5. Cluster

    6. Control Action

  4. Provide a value for the object to perform the search.

  5. The search results appear in the dropdown menu. Selecting any of the results from the dropdown menu takes you directly to the searched item.
