Limitations

• Only articles and folders can be recycled; other knowledge objects are not included.

• Suggestion article types are not supported.

• Restoring articles in the Publish view is not supported because reference links for published articles are permanently deleted.

• Multilingual versions are not restored; only the selected language version is recovered in Draft mode.

• Deleted related articles and macros are permanently removed and must be manually re-associated.

• User-defined topics must be recreated if they are deleted.
